Some people would call this horse white. but in horse terms this horse is grey because the skin underneath his fur is either grey or black. you can see this because a horses nose does not have fur on it. this makes it easier to see because if the nose is grey or black than the horse is grey.
If the horse has a white or pink nose and the body is white(grey) than the horse is albino.
